4️⃣ You’ll see a list of your chats—group or private
5️⃣ Click the name of the chat you want

Yes, private chats (such as those for a specific live class group) require an invitation, typically sent by email. You must accept the invitation to access the chat.

Private group chats are only accessible to invited or authorized users, offering a safe and focused environment for class discussions and support

What should I do if I can’t see my private chat?

Double-check you are logged in with the correct account.
Confirm that you have accepted your group invitation email.
