How Live Group Classes Work

Live Classes are 90 minutes a week with a small group of 6 adults total. You do the speaking on a roughly 70-30 split with the teacher. You practice in real time and get clear, simple corrections.

The 907 Method Developed at The French Room 

The starting point is the lexical research of Professor Jacqueline Picoche. She identified 907 particularly useful French words that appear constantly and do an enormous amount of work in the language.

We take that research and use it inside The French Room through one word explored across our Membership Self-Study Resources: Bonjour Brilliance and Voice Mastery Studio, in un Cahier and here in Live Class conversation.

A place in a group, not a bundle of classes

Live Group Classes are built around a consistent small group of no more than six learners.

When you join, your place is reserved in that group. Across the teaching year you have 38 × 90-minute classes — 57 hours of live French — with comprehensive notes after every class.

That continuity means we can pick up where we left off, return to ideas until they stick, and keep bringing the French you are building through the 907 Method into real conversation.

If you miss a class, the notes keep you connected to what the group worked on so you can come back ready to continue.

Live Group Classes are taken alongside Bonjour Brilliance or Voice Mastery.

Bonjour Brilliance is £19.99/month or £199/year.
Voice Mastery is £89/month and includes Bonjour Brilliance.
