How to Manage Your Subscription and Account

You can switch between subscriptions, change card details and cancel from one simple page.

Accessing your account

You can manage your subscription and account details from the top menu.
Go to:
More → Manage Account Subscriptions

What you can manage

From this page, you can:
* View your current subscription
* Change your plan (monthly or annual)
* Upgrade between Bonjour Brilliance tiers
* Update your payment details
* View your billing history

Changing your plan

* Select **Change your plan** (Hover over the 3 dots next to your current plan)

* Choose your new option
* Confirm your update
Your new plan will apply a new billing cycle from the day you change. This may result in a charge or refund for the difference. 

Bonjour Brilliance options

Bonjour Brilliance and Bonjour Brilliance + Voice Mastery are available as:
* Monthly subscription
* Annual subscription

You can switch between these options and tiers at any time.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription from your account area.
Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
