Why learning at The French Room could be good for your mental health

People learning with The French Room often say that they have their yoga or pilates and they have their French.

Could this be because learning French is good for your mental health?

 

I think so. That is why my company strapline is “Learn French. Feel Good.”

 

If this is true then why would this be the case?

 

Well one possibility could be that at least 4 out of the 5 of the known pillars of well being happen when you are learning French with others.
